Making Your Video
You don't have to be an expert in film or even marketing to get a first-class video. You get help every step of the way.
You Schedule the Shoot
You give us a time that works for you. You do not need to close your office (though if you want to shoot a meeting with a client, you should get permission from your client first).
The shoot only requires a single filmmaker, and he or she uses available light and a clip-on microphone. So there's not a large crew or a lot of equipment to disrupt your business.
Between 5 and 30 days of placing your order, on a day and time that you've approved, we send a professional, experienced videographer to your office.
It's Quick and Easy
The shoot itself takes about 90 minutes. It starts with a few minutes of consultation, and then about half an hour of an on-camera interview.
A script is not necessary for your video. The filmmaker interviews you and/or your staff and clients on-camera. It's really a conversation about your practice while the camera is running - and everyone ends up appearing natural and relaxed.
The last 45 minutes are spent capturing your business in action - exterior shots, staff interactions, and footage of your office space.
If you're camera shy, we have an option for you: Be heard and not seen! The filmmaker still records an interview with you but they use the audio only, so we only hear your voice describing your firm while seeing footage of your business.
You Get to Make Edits
About a week after the shoot, you get a chance to make a round of edits through an online form.
This gives you an opportunity to make sure the video is just how you like it. Here are examples of what you can do during the editing:
- Change the title and description, as they appear on the screen
- Rearrange or remove particular sections
- Upload images to be included
- Select music genre
- Adjust video brightness and audio levels
