2007 Tax Organizers AddedThe 2007 Interactive Tax Organizers are loaded on your site. You'll see them when you log into the Firm Portal and click on "Tax Organizer Administration". The new tax organizers always start out in "Draft" form. So you get a chance to review them before they are published to your clients. Remember you need to "publish" your 2007 Tax Organizer before your clients can use them. 2007 PDF Tax Organizer Page AddedNow you can have a Simple .PDF tax organizer page on your site as well as (or instead of) the interactive organizer. Simply log into the Site Manager and click the "Add Page" button, then select the "Tax Organizer (PDF)" page. After you've loaded the page on to your site, you may want to move that new page into the tax center. The 2007 .PDF Tax Organizer is available to all clients. Silver level clients, please follow the instructions above. Gold or Platinum level clients, please call us or send us an email and we'll add this page for you. Description Added To Vault's Grid ViewThe latest Vault Secure File Exchange improvement allows you and your clients the see the file or folder description on the File Viewer. We are continually improving the Vault Secure File Exchange System. If there is something you'd like to see added, please let us know. Client Portal Self Registration System SimplifiedThe Client Portal Self Registration System allows your clients to add themselves to your Secure File Exchange System and Interactive Tax Organizer. The self registration system is moderated because you wouldn't want just anyone to register and use up all your Secure File Exchange Space. Now the moderation system is even easier. Once a client registers themselves on your site, an email is sent to you asking you if you want to grant this person access to your Secure File Exchange System. All you need to do is click on the link in that email and access is granted. You no longer have to log into the Firm Portal and manually grant access.
