Live Help Online Chat

You can now get support and web design changes without having to pick up the phone. We just installed a new "Live Help" instant messaging system. Making is even easier to get a hold of us.

You'll notice a "Live Help" image on the top of all the Help Pages. Simply click on that image and you'll be able to chat with one of our web designers.

Try it!

We are building these "Live Help" links into all our applications, so whenever you have a question, we're only a click away.

You will also see this "Live Help" link on your Website Administration page within the next few weeks.

QuickBooks Banner Updates

The QuickBooks affiliate program updated their banners for their 2008 product launch.

What does this mean for your website if you are a QuickBooks affiliate program member?

We will update the 468x60 QuickBooks banner on your “Buy QuickBooks” page for you.

However, if you placed additional QuickBooks banners on your website, you may need to update those other QuickBooks banners yourself. Please follow the instructions that the QuickBooks affiliate program sent out in their launch letter on Sept 20th.

If you are a Gold or Plantinum client, simply forward the instructions to us and we'll change your extra banners for you.

If you didn’t save the QuickBooks Banner Update Instructions, they are located under the “newsletter” tab in your affiliate toolkit on http://www.intuitaffilaite.com.
