5 New Interactive Financial Calculators

Cash Flow Calculator
Having adequate cash flow is essential to keep your business running. If you run out of available cash, you run the risk of not being able to meet your current obligations such as your payroll, accounts payable and loan payments. Use this calculator to help you determine the cash flow generated by your business.

Working Capital Calculator
Your working capital is used to pay short-term obligations such as your accounts payable and buying inventory. If your working capital dips too low, you risk running out of cash. Even very profitable businesses can run into trouble if they lose the ability to meet their short-term obligations. The calculator assists you in determining working capital needs for the next year.

Profit Margin Calculator
This calculator can help you determine the selling price for your products to achieve a desired profit margin. By entering the wholesale cost, and either the markup or gross margin percentage, we calculate the required selling price and gross margin. Enter up to 10 products and press the "view report" button for a printable version of the results.

Should My Spouse Work? Calculator
This calculator is designed to help you see the financial impact of adding, or removing, a spouse's income to your household. As with any decision of this type, there are many factors to consider, but knowing your finances is a good place to start. This calculator has been updated to use the new withholding schedules for 2006.

HSA Contribution Calculator
This Health Savings Account (HSA) calculator determines the amount you are allowed to deposit into an HSA account for the current tax year. The maximum amount of money that can be deposited into an HSA depends on several factors, such as the deductible of the health insurance plan, the accountholder's age, and whether the person has single or family coverage.

New Site Update Tool

Adding new content and features to your website just got easier with our new site update tool.

Here's how it works...

When we make a new feature available to you, you'll see a notification of the new feature when you log into the new Site Manager.

Each update notice will give you 2 options.

1. Click on the "Install It Now" link and the new feature automatically installs itself in the Site Manager. Then click "Publish" to make the new feature live on your site.

2. Or you can disregard the notice and not add the new feature to your site by clicking on the "Disregard" link. You can always add the feature later by clicking on the "Notifications" link on the top of the Site Manager.

Try It...

The notifications for the new 3,000 page Financial Guidance Center and the 5 new Financial Calculators are on the Site Manager right now. Please follow the instructions above to install them on your site.

We'll add these features for you if you're a Gold or Platinum Level client. Just let us know that you want these new features added to your site by replying to this email with the words "ADD Calculators" or "ADD Financial Guides" or "ADD Everything" and we'll take care of it for you.

New Email Newsletter Delivery Method

Anti-SPAM filtering programs are constantly changing. Many of them are now so strict that legitimate email, like your newsletter, gets misinterpreted as SPAM.

So we are constantly modifying the way your email newsletter is delivered to ensure that it gets past the filters and into your clients inbox.

The new delivery method we used for your September newsletter caused the bounce messages to be delivered to your email address. You will not see these messages next month.

Our new program creates a log of these bounce messages and automatically removes them from your subscriber list.
