5 NEW INTERACTIVE CALCULATORS

1040 EZ Tax Estimator 
Your clients can get a quick estimate of how much tax they'll need to pay this year. Updated for the new 2003 tax codes.

Marginal and Effective Tax Rates
This calculator helps your clients estimate their effective (or average) tax rate, their current tax bracket, and their marginal tax rate.  

Payroll Deductions 
Your clients can use this calculator to help determine the impact of changing payroll deductions. They can enter their current payroll information and deductions, and then compare them to proposed deductions. Try changing their withholdings, filing status or retirement savings and the payroll deduction calculator will show them the impact on their take home pay.

Financial Ratios
Your clients can use the financial ratios calculator to zero in on areas of their business that may need attention. They can take a look at 10 different financial ratios in areas such as solvency, liquidity, operational efficiency and profitability.

Required Minimum Distributions
Your clients can determine how much they are required to withdraw from their retirement accounts annually, starting the year they turn age 70-1/2. Knowing their Required Minimum Distribution is an important issue in retirement planning.
 

How To Add the New Calculators To Your Site

1. Login to your website control panel. Go to your website administration page by clicking on the picture on top of your "Contact Us" page. Then enter your password in the "Website Control Panel" box.

2. Click on the "Site Map" icon to edit a page on your site. Then click on the "Edit" button next to the "Calculators" page.

3. Click on the 5 empty boxes next to each of the new calculators. All boxes should be checked. Then click on the "Next" button on the bottom of the page.

4. Now publish your changes by clicking on the "Publish" button on the upper left corner of the screen.

5. Log out of the Site Manager. Then log out of H-Sphere control panel.

2003 TAX CODE UPDATES

All of the interactive financial calculators and many of the free reports have been updated to reflect the new 2003 tax code changes. 

You don't need to do anything to update your site. All the changes take place automatically.

NEW WEBSITE PROMOTION SECTION

We just added a new website promotion section to your control panel. You can submit your site to the search engines and read 12 articles about "What Works" when it comes to marketing your practice on the web.

To access these articles and submit your site to the search engines please click on the "Marketing" icon inside your control panel.
