You are getting another huge new release this month. We completely rewrote our Secure File Exchange and Online Document Storage System using Microsoft's .NET framework so we could add 2 new features that we are very excited about.

This new system is called "The Vault" and it looks great and performs even better. You get all the features from our previous Online Document Manager, plus an Offsite Backup System and OneClick Windows-Based File Uploader.

The Vault is specifically designed to help you work collaboratively with your clients and other firm members. The Vault allows your staff and clients to safely store and quickly retrieve files, documents, and workpapers from any location with Internet access.

How to Migrate Your Files to the Vault

If you are currently using our Document Manager - File Exchange System then we can move all your files and all your client files to the new Vault system for you.

However, if you are using our much older Secure File Exchange program then you will need to download the files and re-upload them to the Vault manually.

If you want to take advantage of this New Vault System, simply let us know by calling or emailing us.

Note: The Automated Offsite Backup System and OneClick Windows File Uploader are only available to firms with the Gold or Platinum service level.
