New QuickBooks Affiliate Codes
 
QuickBooks has changed their affiliate codes and will be soon discontinuing that old ones. QuickBooks has emailed you your new 4 digit affiliate code.

Please follow these steps to update your website with your new affiliate code...

Using the New Site Manager

1. Login to the New Site Manager

2. Click on "Firm Information"

3. Click on the "3rd Party Tools" tab

4. Enter the new 4 digit QuickBooks code, then click on the update button. You'll see the HTML code automatically fill the QuickBooks Affiliate Code box. Now click "Save"

5. Click on "Publish" and then "Logout"


Using the Old Site Manager

1. Log into the QuickBooks Affiliate Center (http://www.intuitaffiliate.com) by following the instructions on the email from QuickBooks.

2. Once in the QuickBooks Affiliate Center click on the "Get Links" button. Then click on the "QuickBooks Banners and Text Links (Public)" link. Then click on the "QuickBooks Banners (Public)" link. Then click on the "QuickBooks Banners 468x60" link. Then click on the "Banners1" link.

3. click inside the form box that has the HTML code in it. Then press [Ctrl A] to select all the HTML code. Then press [Ctrl C] to copy the code into your computer's clipboard.

4. Now log into the Old Site Manager. Click on the "Buy QuickBooks and Save" page.

5. Paste the new HTML code into the box titled "Paste QuickBooks Affiliates HTML Code in the box below:" by first deleting all the code in that box, then press [Ctrl V]. You should see the new HTML code in the box now.

6. Click the "Next" button on the bottom of the page. 

7. Click the "Publish" button. Then click "Save and Exit".

If you have the Gold or Platinum service level, simply forward the email you received from QuickBooks to kevinl@cpasitesolutions.com and we'll add the new code to you site for you.
