How To Add the New Calculators
To Your Site
The New Financial Calculators are available to all clients. If you're on our Silver level
service plan, then please follow these instructions to add the system to your site.
If you're on our Gold or Platinum plan, please call or email us and we'll add the New Financial Calculators to your site for
you.
New Email Marketing System
You now have a new email marketing system that is much more flexible than the
original.
The new system allows you to have more than one list of users. So you can create groups of prospective clients, active
clients, and former clients and send each group separate emails.
You can also schedule emails to go out on precise dates rather than just relative days. (January 1st rather than 14 days
after signing up for the campaign.)
There's a new built-in WYSIWYG editor that enables you to easily build HTML messages with graphics and color.
The integrated address book feature allows you to manage contacts with fields designated for name, address (including city,
state, and zip code), email, fax, and two phone numbers. There are also 10 user customizable fields that you can use for such
things as web address, pager number, birthday, etc.
The new system is already installed for you. You don't have to do a thing. If you need help with this system please click on

LinkDefender : CPR for Dead Links
Your clients and prospective clients want a dependable accountant. They need a bookkeeper that doesn't 'miss things.' They
search for a tax preparer that won't leave anything out.
What does it say to people when they are surfing the web looking for an accountant and they find a site with broken
links on it? It says, "Here's someone who doesn't have it all together."
Over 5% of all links on the Web today are broken. An average site has roughly 200 links on it and ten of them are
broken.
