New Flash Welcome Page
The new Flash Welcome Page allows you to make an even better first impression when clients come to your site.

Please take a look at these 2 new Flash Welcome Page options to see if you'd like to add the page to your website. 

The Flash Welcome page can be added to any site style, but I think they look better on the Standard (non-Flash) Styles.

The New Flash Welcome Page is available to all clients. If you're on our Silver level service plan, then please follow these instructions to add the system to your site.

If you're on our Gold or Platinum plan, please call or email us and we'll add the New Flash Welcome Page to your site for you.

You now have 8 quick and easy "out-of-box" Welcome Page options. Here's a snapshot of each of them. 

If you want to put a little more work into it, you can always create a completely customized and unique welcome page.

New Litigation Support Service Page
We just added a new fully customizable "Litigation Support" service page. The page is completely customizable allowing you to "tweak" the wording to best fit your needs.

Please take a look at the New Litigation Support Service Page to see if you want to add it to your site.

If you're on our Silver level service plan, then please follow these instructions to add the system to your site.

1. Add the Litigation Support Service Page to your site and ad the page to your site Navigation Bar by following these instructions for adding service pages. 

2. Make sure you have the Services Hub page installed. The page looks like this...

If you need to install the hub page, please follow these instructions.

3. Add the link to your new Litigation Support page to your Services Hub page by following these instructions.

4. The last step is to simply "Publish" your site.

These menus are completely customizable but a little trickier to manage so they're only available to clients in the, "we do it all for you", gold and platinum service levels.

Changing your site style is easy. Simply click on the "Styles" button on the Site Manager's menu. Then click on the style you'd like.

If you change your site style, your graphic header may need to be changed to match your new site style. If that's the case, please call us and we'll take care of it for you.

 
Horde Online Email, Calendar and Task Manager Update
You may have noticed that we upgraded your Horde software to the most recent version. The new interface is cleaner and easier to use. Here's some screen shots of the new Horde software.
