  1. Revert To Default Content Option Added

  2. Client Portal Pop-up Windows Removed

  3. Help Center Documentation Updated

Revert To Default Content Option Added

The new "Revert To Default Content" feature allows you to safely make all the edits you want to your site. If you make a mistake or simply want to start over, you can now quickly restore your page back to its original condition.

Simply log into your Site Manager's Site Map, and click the settings button, the yellow gear icon, alongside the page you want to revert.

Clicking the new Revert Content button at the bottom of the window will revert the page to the default content that we provided for you.

For more information on using the Page Settings options, visit our SiteManager help here: http://cpasitesolutions.com/help/sitemanager.html

Client Portal Pop-up Windows Removed

The "Document Manager / Secure Filing Cabinet" and "Interactive Tax Organizer" applications in the client portal no longer pop up into a new window. The pop up windows were originally used to maintain the secure encrypted connection. But pop up windows caused problems for clients with "pop up blockers" on their browser.

So we redesigned the security and encryption system to work without pop up windows. Now your clients will not have any trouble accessing these applications while maintaining the same high-level secure encrypted connection.
