Tax Season Weekend Emergency Support We know how important it is that your email, website and Secure File Exchange program work flawlessly during tax season. That's why we've added "Emergency Weekend Tech Support" hours from now until April 17th. You can call our "Emergency Weekend Tech Support" number anytime between 8:00AM to 9:00PM Eastern Standard Time on Saturday and Sunday. We emailed the unlisted "Emergency Weekend Tech Support" number to you on February 2nd. If you've misplaced the email containing this number, please call us during normal business hours and we will provide it to you. PLEASE NOTE: The "Emergency Weekend Tech Support" number IS NOT our normal toll-free tech support number. New Internet Links Page Adding, modifying and removing links and descriptions to other helpful sites just got a lot easier and better looking. The entirety of your site's Internet Links Page now appears on a single, easy to navigate, categorized panel. It fits entirely within a single screen, so your users no longer need to scroll or search for a link. Your users can now simply click the category to the right, and browse through your customized selection of links and descriptions.
Fast AJAX Application Now you can quickly add new links without having to move pages around in the site map. Using AJAX, a fast and efficient combination of web development technologies, we've eliminated the need to move your links around in the site map. Your new Internet Links management tool allows you to quickly add, remove and rearrange your entire Internet Links page from one central location.
To learn more about using this links tool, click above, or take a look over our Internet Links help page here. To get the new AJAX enabled Internet Links page installed on your site, Log into the Site Manager and answer "Yes" when the upgrade notification asks you if you want to install the new Internet Links Page. New Pay My Fee Page Keeping with the theme of making tasks easier this month, it now easier to accept credit card payments through your website. Rather than pasting PayPal’s complicated HTML code into the SiteManager, now all you need to enter is your PayPal account email address.
Also updated is the Pay My Fee page itself. Your clients can now enter the amount of their payment prior to transitioning to PayPal’s payment page.
