New Services Page
Your prospective clients can now clearly see all the services you provide on the new Services Home Page. And they can quickly drill down to get a full page description of each service you provide. 

Please take a look at the New Service Home Page to see if you want to add it to your site.

We are adding new service pages in the coming months, so if you provide services that our not on this list, please email the title of the service to brian@cpasitesolutions.com

New Welcome Page
We just added a new Welcome page option for your site. The old Welcome page automatically displays a generic graphic every time you add a page to your site. So you had 2 steps to do when you added pages. First you needed to add the page, then you needed to modify your welcome page.

The new welcome page does not automatically add a graphic when you add a page. So now when you add a page the generic graphic doesn't appear on the welcome page.

Adding graphic links to your pages is easy with the new welcome page. All you need to do is select the graphic you want to use and select page you want link to from a drop down menu.

The New Welcome Page (Called Welcome 1 on the Add a Page Screen) is a good replacement for the to Old Welcome Page. The New Welcome Page provides these 4 welcome page options.

1. Picture Grid with Newsletter Signup Form
2. Picture Grid without Newsletter Signup Form
3. Vertical Page Listings and Descriptions with Newsletter Signup Form 
4. Vertical Page Listings and Descriptions without Newsletter Signup Form 

The page called (Welcome 2) provides these additional 2 welcome page options.

5. Framed Site Section Descriptions with Pictures
6. Framed Site Section Descriptions with Stock Quotes, Weather Forecast, and Newsletter Signup Form

Of course the best Welcome pages are fully customized with pictures of your staff or office and text that talks about your specialties. If you need help creating a custom welcome page, please take a look at these instructions. If you get stuck, please call us at 800-896-4500.

To add your new Welcome 1 page to your site, please follow the instructions to add a new page to your site.

Then move the new Welcome 1 page to the top of you list of pages on your site by following these instructions.

Finally, please remove your old welcome page by following these instructions to delete a page on your site. It should be the 2nd page listed from the top on your site map.

New Site Manager Interface
Now it's even easier and faster to modify your site. We've redesigned the Site Manager interface so you can see all your site management options on the top navigation menu.

Improved Site Map
The Site Map loads a lot quicker and makes it easier to find the page you want to edit because we've organized many of the pages into sections like Financial Guides, Financial Calculators, QuickBooks, IRS Problem Resolutions, Tax Center and more.

New NavBar Button
One of the trickiest things to learn when modifying your site is remembering to modify the Multi-Level Navigation Menu after each change. We've added the NavBar Button to the top of every screen to make it easier to make those changes.

New Firm Info Button
The very important Firm Information page is no long hidden under the Site Settings button so you can now modify your firm information, custom header, search engine meta-tags, and page footers from anywhere in the Site Manager.

New Styles Button
Like the "Firm Info" button we've pulled the "Changing Site Styles" button out from behind the old "Site Settings" button. Now changing your site style is even easier.

New Backup Button
It's always a good idea to backup your website before or after you make changes. We've made it easy to do by placing the "Backup" button on every page.

Good professional pictures can make the pages on your site look great. That's why we've added 61 new stock photos to our picture gallery. Please take a look at the new sub galleries we've created.
