Faster Secure File Exchange Program

This month your Secure File Exchange program just got better... and faster!

We rewrote a new more efficient algorithm and doubled the size of the Internet pipeline into our servers. 

The result: Your files will transfer twice as fast as they did before. Files that used to transfer in 20 minutes now only take 10. And the transfer is just as secure... still using 128 bit SSL Encryption.

We've replaced the pop up status bar (that sometimes got blocked by browser "pop-up blockers") with a new Flash Animated status bar that runs while the transfer is in progress.

If you are using the new "blue" Secure File Exchange program which was released last April then you don't need to do a thing. You'll start seeing the faster transfer on Friday, February 3. 

If you're using the older "beige" Secure File Exchange program released prior to April 2005 then here's another reason to upgrade now. If you'd like to upgrade to the new "blue" Secure File Exchange program, please call or email us and we'll take care of it for you. There's no charge for the upgrade and the new system is completely compatible with the older "beige" system. Meaning the new system recognizes all your users and all the files you have on the system.

2006 Tax Code Adjustments

We're keeping your site up to date! It's a new year, which means a lot of changes to the federal tax code. 

We've updated all articles in your "Financial Guides" or "Free Reports" sections. As well as the "Tax Rates" and "Tax Calendar" pages.

Many people want to reference the 2005 tax rates as they're in the process of preparing the 2005 returns. So, the "Tax Rates" page initially displays the 2005 tax rates but also has a link to the 2006 "Tax Rates". On April 15th, the "Tax Rates" page will change to initially show the 2006 rates.

As always, you can rest assured that your site is being kept up-to-date with all the latest tax changes without having to do a thing.

Tax Season Weekend Emergency Tech Support

We know how important it is that your email, website and Secure File Exchange program work flawlessly during tax season. That's why we've added "Emergency Weekend Tech Support" hours from now until April 16th.

You can call our "Emergency Weekend Tech Support" number anytime between 8:00AM to 9:00PM Eastern Standard Time on Saturday and Sunday. We emailed the unlisted "Emergency Weekend Tech Support" number to you on February 2nd. If you've misplaced the email containing this number, please call us during normal business hours and we will provide it to you.
