Portal file vault issue - unrecoverable error
I can't see the "My Documents" folder in the File Vault. I get the error message "An error occurred while processing the request." This prevents me from erasing a huge test file that I uploaded.
I've attempted this several times over several weeks. The unnecessary file is using more than half of the available space.
