where is my file?

Yesterday, I uploaded a file to the vault , using the vault windows app, and received a successful upload indication.  The file did not appear in my vault yesterday, and when I contacted support live chat, I was told to wait, the server updates at midnight and the programmers are working on speeding up the process.  The file did not show up today either, where is it and what's going on ?
