"For what we have seen already, CPASiteSolutions has gone above and beyond what we have been looking for. No other website services have offered the quality of service you provide.

So far what I have seen has been great. The cost is very reasonable and offers many great features. Everything is working very well. I really like having the ability to easily add and delete pages at any time. We haven't used the file exchange yet but I have tested it and it seems much more flexible.

A feature I wish the Secure File Exchange had is a way to allow files to automatically be deleted after a given period of time. This would be very helpful for us especially for QuickBooks backups. QuickBooks backups can be very large and take a large amount of space; It would be nice to be able to tell it to delete once it has been downloaded.

It is useful to have a client portal. We like the ability to only allow clients to use our calculators. It may also be nice to be able to add "Custom Buttons" to the portal. These buttons could be added to allow clients into other parts of the website that non-clients cannot access.

The client newsletter is nice but it lacks a couple features. A feature that would be helpful is the ability to add a bulk amount of emails to a campaign. Another feature that would be helpful is the ability to receive a report by email on the percentage of emails that passedfailed and which emails failed.

This is similar to a service offered by Matrix. I am a little confused as to why the newsletters do not keep our firm information on it. I would like the newsletter to keep our firm name without having to change it every time.
