Unlike MS Exchange's one-way synchronization, OutlookSync performs a background two-way sync between Outlook items and the centralized GroupWare server on defined schedule. From there, data can be synchronized to any SyncML enabled device connected to the Internet directly or through a 3rd party application or service.
