Level 1 - Redundant Network Connections.

Our Servers stay connected to Internet even if AT&T goes down. Our datacenter uses 8 fully redundant Tier-1 telecom providers. So even if one or more telecom networks have trouble, you still have full access to your email. Once inside the datacenter each router has an instant failover backup, so redundancy is built in every step of the way.

Level 2 - Redundant Power Supply.

Our Servers stay up even if the power goes out. Our datacenter's uses a state-of-the-art N+1 redundant uninterruptible power supply (UPS) and power generator architecture.

In the event of any power failure, the UPS instantly kicks in. And if the primary UPS fails, there are two more ready to instantly back it up.

In the unlikely event of a prolonged power failure, the on-site diesel power generators kick in. There is even full N+1 redundancy for the power generators. Meaning multiple generators can fail and power will still be supplied indefinitely.

Level 3 - Redundant Hot Swappable Drive Arrays.

Each mail server contains fully mirrored RAID 10 drive arrays that say up and fully functional even if a drive fails. In fact, the failed drive can be replaced without bringing the server down.

Level 4 - Fully Redundant Load Balanced Email Servers.

All mail traffic is routed to a Network Load Balancer. The Load Balancer monitors the state of each mail servers and distributes the traffic to the least busy server. This not only gives you fast access to your email, but it also ensures that you always have access to your mail server because it automatically switches traffic away from any server that happens to experience trouble.

Level 5 - Routine Maintenance Redundancy.

All servers especially email servers need constant routine maintenance. Our Network Load Balancing configuration allows us to take a server offline to provide routine maintenance without ever interrupting your email service.
