A Download All function has been added to your Client Portal. It allows you to download all files from within your Client Portal or from your My Documents folder.

Logically, you know your clients’ files are 100% secure in the Client Portal. They are backed up daily and we employ numerous redundancies for ultra security.

Emotionally, though, it feels better to keep copies of your client files on your hard drive – one zip file with all that critical data. It’s a local backup, and it gives you peace of mind.

Follow these instructions to download all your files from the Secure Client Portal: The first thing you want to do is login to your Client Portal and into your Secure File Exchange.

Once inside, you want to click on “More” up at the top of the Client Portal:

Once you click on Download Files you’ll be prompted to choose which set of files you would like to download:

After you make your choice, you’ll be notified of your file download preparation:

When your file is ready to download, you will receive an email with the download link like the one below:
