To update your Social Networking Sites (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter) with information from the blog on your website, the first thing you need to do is login to your website and open your Blog page, as seen below.

Once you’ve opened the Blog page and the editor for the Blog page, click the Social button

Once you click on the Social button, you will be presented with the text and link that will be added to your Social Networking pages. You will also notice the links on the left hand side to log into your Social Networking accounts so the information can be posted.

When you first click on each button for the social networks (Facebook, Twitter, and Linkedin) you have to grant access to your account. Your user name and password are not stored, you are only granting access for when you are logged into each of the social networks. Access to those accounts does not give any control over those accounts, only the ability to post the content that you provide via your blog. This does provide extra security. However it does mean that you need to be logged into those accounts each time you want to post from your blog.
