Adding/Editing your Appointments Page

Our Appointments page only works with the Workteam Collaboration Suite Calendar and will not function with any other Calendars.

If you have our Workteam Collaboration Suite through Google you already have everything you need. If you have our Legacy email system you will need to upgrade to our Workteam Collaboration Suite in order to use the required features. If you you are using an external server you will need to call us so that we can set up a Workteam Collaboration Suite for you and provide you with further instuctions.

Adding Your Appointments Page

The first step to add your Appointments page is logging into the Firm Portal. For instructions on how to login, Click Here.

Once you are logged in, click on the Modify Your Site button in the toolbar to open Site Manager.

One you are there click on Add Page.

Click on Appointments then press the Add button.

The “Appointments” page is now on your website

Getting Into Your Appointments Page

Click on Site Map.

Click on the Appointments page.

Then click below the “Appointments” title. The section should highlight when you scroll over it.

The page that comes up should be similar to this except it will be mostly empty. Please enter the information indicated and then Press Save. Please note that no fields can be left empty.

Finally click Publish. Your Appointments page is now on your website.

Appointments Page Frequently Asked Questions

I tried to add the Appointments page to my website by following the instructions provided but when I click on “Add Page” I cannot find the Appointments page.

The reason you are not getting the option to add the Appointments page to your site is because you are on our previous hosting solution.

With our new hosting solution you will have access to many more site styles and additional content. The upgrade is free and you will gain access to all the great new features, styles and content available. To upgrade please call us at (800) 896-4500 and ask an account manager to update your account.

Will the Appointments page work with other Calendar such as the one found in Outlook or on Yahoo?

No, the appointments page works exclusively with the Calendar on the Workteam Collaboration Suite although you may be able to import data from your current calendar into Google or sync your Outlook with Google Calendar. For information on how to do so Click Here.

Can my Appointments page pull data from multiple Google Calendars?

No, your appointments page can only pull data from one calendar at a time.

I filled out the information on the Appointments page correctly but my calendar still isn’t working. What do I do?

Your appointments page is probably not working because the calendar linked to this page isn’t set to share properly. For instructions on setting up your calendar to work with your “Appointments” page please Click Here.

    Can we have multiple appointment pages for the four members of our firm? Thanks!

    Hi Nicole,

    When you go to “Add Page,” you can add as many copies of the Appointments page as you need. Each page can be configured for each individual member. Please just remember that you need to be using Google Apps for this!
