Logging Into Site Manager

The first step to logging into your Site Manager is to go to your website’s home page (YourDomainName.com).  If your site isn’t live yet, you’ll go to the virtual address we’ve sent to you in your “Welcome” email, that will look something like this: http://cp3.cpasitesolutions.com/~username/

You can click on the small “login” icon at the bottom of your site:

Then enter your username and password:

Next, log into the Site Manager by clicking the “Modify Your Site” icon:

This will bring up your site’s home page.  Now you’re in the Site Manager, and you can begin editing your website.

I am trying to modify my site and I keep getting the following message:

Access denied for user ‘fordtaxs’@'localhost’ (using password: NO)

I am able to gain access as the administrator but I can’t modify my site. I don’t understand why this is happening. Please help.

I’ve logged in fine, but when I hover over a section there is nothing that ‘highlights’ to give me a WYSIWYG editor. Please advise.

  7. I’m signed in as the administrator but every time I try to edit my website, the screen goes completely white except it says “Invalid token” in the upper left corner. Other areas of the home page seem to work fine. Everything except the “modify your site” option. I need to update info; please help.

There is no “Login” icon on my site — anywhere. Now what?
