As informative and encompassing as our initial site builds are, they are certainly going to need some modifying. You will want to personalize the content to fit you and your company. Removing services you don’t offer, adding things you do, including a profile page, etc.
At first glance the site editor can seem daunting and overwhelming with all the customization it offers. However, once you learn your way around and get the hang of using the editor, you will find all the options to be liberating. This is the best place to learn all about how to use your site editor; take a tour through these pages and you’ll become a pro in no time.
Don’t know where to start? Learning about logging into the Site Manager.

I’ve been trying to log into the website control panel but everytime I get the message “Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage”. I’ve tried from my office and also from home (different ISPs) over the last two days with the same result. It has been a long time since I last made any changes to the site so I thought maybe the password was wrong. I get the same message when I click on your “Forgot your password?” link.
Please let me know what I need to do to access the control panel.
Thank you,
Steve Sacco
Every time I access my contact page from the site map within the “Modify Your Site” link, my web browser (Internet Explorer
shuts down. This doesn’t happen with the other pages.
Angela,
I logged in with Internet Explorer 8 and tried to duplicate the trouble you are having. I didn’t have the same issue. Please call 800-896-4500 as there is something specific to your current setup that is causing this to occur. Thanks!
Stephen,
It looks like this issue has been resolved but if not please let me know and I will be happy to give you a walk through. Thanks!
I am having the same problem as stephen above. It says “oops! internet explorer cannot connect”??
