Unable to sign in to CPanel…can’t understand your instructions.
I am unable to log into the control panel to look at the statistics. Please help.
We had to shut off access to the control panel several months ago for security reasons. If you’d like to see statistics for a particular range of dates you can email support@cpasitesolutions.com and we can pull the data over and send it to you in a Word document. Going forward we highly recommend installing Google Analytics on your website if you want to get an accurate picture of who is visiting your site and what they are clicking on. Visit google.com/analytics (it’s free) and once you get your tracking code you can send it to us and we can add it to your site. Within 48 hours you’ll be able to log into the Google Analytics account and start viewing the stats for your site.
