   We have an organizer with a cover letter that I’d like to use. What is the CSV file format?

   Hi, Shirley,

   The best method for you to present your Tax Organizer depends on what you want to do with it. For example, if your clients will need to download, print, and bring in the Tax Organizer you provide, you may want to just upload the letter and tax organizer to your website and create links where your clients can download them.

   The Online Tax Organizer that CPA Site Solutions provides allows you to create or import your own tax organizer into the system. To import your tax organizer, it would need to be created as a CSV file (comma separated values — for more details about this type of file, see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/.csv). The import feature expects that your CSV will have a single row containing all questions separated by commas.

   In addition, when you do import the file, you’ll also need to set the responses allowed for each question that you’re creating. For example, you’ll be able to choose whether someone can enter any text, choose from a dropdown menu, etc. After you’ve created the organizer, you’ll be able to publish it and make it available to all users of your Portal.

   Is the data stored on your server or is ti stored by a hosted website we upload it to?
