Email Marketing System

Managing email mailings can be an arduous task, especially if you have a large number of clients. But we help make it easier with our Email Marketing System. You can easily manage multiple email campaigns and a large number of contacts.

One such email campaign available here is your monthly newsletter. You’ll be able to exercise control over the newsletter that gets sent out to your clients each month, including editing the content and setting the date it gets sent. This help section will tell you how to take control of that, as well as create your own letters and sending campaigns.

For getting started in the Email Marketing System, please read this section.

If you have specific questions about the newsletter, you will want to check this page out.

    Jack,
We are looking at improvements for our current Email Marketing System. Your comments and suggestions are great. I am not sure of the exact time frame for the changes but probably this summer you can look forward to an updated system. I think that you will find it will automatically be incorporated with what you want and more. Thanks for taking the time to comment and for the suggestions!

My newsletter is only going out on what looks like the quarter. I have an external email that is receiving the newsletter but I have only gotten March and June. Why is the monthly newsletter not being sent out? All the monthly newsletters show in the campaign page with what seems to be a send date.

    Thanks,

    Jason

    Hi Jason,

It does look like the newsletters have been sending out on the 10th of each month, and I ran a report (which you can also do by clicking on the “reports” icon in the Email Marketing System– it can take a while, sometimes about 5 minutes to run) and I saw that no messages have bounced so they do all seem to be sending out.

Have you checked the spam/junk folder at the address that the newsletter has gotten to in March and June to see if the April and May newsletters may have gone into that folder in your email system?

If the messages didn’t end up in your junk folder let me know and I’ll talk with our programmers to see if they have any suggestions as to why the messages are only arriving some months and not others.

    Sincerely,
    Allison

  6. I sent out a campaign (invitation to client reception) and the responses are coming back to “info@dmcphersoncpa.com”. They should be forwarded to “donna@dmcphersoncpa.com” but are no longer being forwarded. The last rep told me that they are messages in the info box and told me to go to “info@dmcphersoncpa.com” and use the password that he created but that is not working. I need to retrieve all messages in the info box urgently. Thanks!

I cannot seem to send the newsletter to my personal or business email addresses. I’ve called about this before but was unable to get a resolution. The site shows it was sent to bschermerhornCPA@prodigy.net which is my biz email address but I never receive it. It’s not in my spam folder and my address is not blocked. Same for my personal email address, kbschermerhorn@prodigy.net. Please assist!

Does the email marketing system have a way for a prospect to sign up for a specific “campaign”?

It is not time effective to move or add subscribers to a specific campaign – a good email marketing should automatically do this.

    How do I accomplish this?

Our firm has been using Constant Contact for the majority of our email marketing but we still utilize you guys for our monthly newsletter. We have been discussing whether or not we should eliminate some of our databases and were wondering if there is a way to export the newsletter into Constant Contact?

  13. Brad says:

Why is my domain name not showing up on my newsletter? I have issues getting the links to work as well. I’m ready to start utilizing the newsletter and I want to make sure it’s correct before it goes out to my clients.

  14. Ray McKinney says:

Is there a way to upload our company logo into the heading of the newsletter? Right now our company name is at the top of the newsletter in plain text and looks very boring, so we would like to replace it with our logo.

  15. Where do the “bad” email notifications go? I do not see them coming to info@mtacpa.com.

  16. I’d like to hear the answers to numbers 13/14 please?

I talked to Brooke earlier this week and discussed problem with my email marketing system. Was going to get back with me 3 days ago and have heard nothing and system still doesn’t work? Is this a system wide problem? Newsletters are scheduled to go out on 11th of February and we cannot add about 20 new clients. This stinks as we’re in middle of tax season and will ahve additional work to sent new clients e-newsletter.

  18. Chris says:

I would also be interested in uploading a logo
