Managing email mailings can be an arduous task, especially if you have a large number of clients. But we help make it easier with our Email Marketing System. You can easily manage multiple email campaigns and a large number of contacts.
One such email campaign available here is your monthly newsletter. You’ll be able to exercise control over the newsletter that gets sent out to your clients each month, including editing the content and setting the date it gets sent. This help section will tell you how to take control of that, as well as create your own letters and sending campaigns.

Problem:
When adding a contact and there is no available e-mail yet it will not save the data for later use or later adjustment.
This results in no entry error and can cause issues for your other clients.
Yes newsletter was un selected on 2nd try and still not added.
Add contacts problem 2:
Only space for 1 email but some clients has 2 or 3 e-mails and would like to add all of them, maybe have a label drop down menu for private, business, work ect. to specify what e-mail is being entered or leave empty option on the label.
Problem 3:
Would like to add some married couples both husband and wife’s names to the contact as some has same surnames while others have different surnames.
Will manually add then as individuals when being processed as individual clients with separate accounts.
PS> CRM-Express is a free content management program for windows and would be nice if you can integrate it to some extend with your suite of products and then easy contacts data transfer as well.
Might have issues with setting up the pop3 or Imap on CRM-Express and this confusing user@jacklvaughn.com that is actually user@gmail.com, same problems as with outlook express and setting the e-mail accounts up.
Might want to add space for more phone numbers work fax cell home alternative act.
Contacts:
sorting by surname or actual name or phone number or state could be useful as well instead of ctrl+F then search to find or force a-z listing in contacts just to start off with.

We are looking at improvements for our current Email Marketing System. Your comments and suggestions are great. I am not sure of the exact time frame for the changes but probably this summer you can look forward to an updated system. My newsletter is only going out on what looks like the quarter. I have an external email that is receiving the newsletter but I have only gotten March and June. Why is the monthly newsletter not being sent out? All the monthly newsletters show in the campaign page with what seems to be a send date.

It does look like the newsletters have been sending out on the 10th of each month, and I ran a report (which you can also do by clicking on the “reports” icon in the Email Marketing System– it can take a while, sometimes about 5 minutes to run) and I saw that no messages have bounced so they do all seem to be sending out.
Have you checked the spam/junk folder at the address that the newsletter has gotten to in March and June to see if the April and May newsletters may have gone into that folder in your email system?
If the messages didn’t end up in your junk folder let me know and I’ll talk with our programmers to see if they have any suggestions as to why the messages are only arriving some months and not others.

I sent out a campaign (invitation to client reception) and the responses are coming back to “info@dmcphersoncpa.com”. They should be forwarded to “donna@dmcphersoncpa.com” but are no longer being forwarded. The last rep told me that they are messages in the info box and told me to go to “info@dmcphersoncpa.com” and use the password that he created but that is not working. I need to retrieve all messages in the info box urgently. Thanks!
