PLEASE add the ability to import First and Last Names in addition to email addresses into the Contacts list. Having to enter them manually is far too time-consuming.

when setting up firm users it always tells me that the password does not match? why?

when i click on secure file exchange it tells me that i dont have a firm user acct? i thought i was a firm user and have an account?

My newsletters are not going out. I listed another one of my email inboxes in the newsletter contacts just to see what it looks like but I never got it in that inbox.

Am I supposed to do something to ensure that my clients are getting the newsletter.

Going thru my contacts, I see “bounced” by may of them. Amazingly, probably 85% of the email addresses end in sbcglobal.net, att.net, swbell.net or world.att.net! (Notice, all phone company connected?) What can be done to fix this?

Really like the new dashboard and the look of the email marketing section. However, when you choose to look at 100 contacts per page and then delete someone, it always goes back to the default of 10. Is there a way to change my default to 100? Going back to 10 each time is kinda annoying after about the 5th or 6th time.

If I Delete a page (ie., Elderly Care under Services), will I be able to bring it back online in the future if we decide to offer these services later on?

When I opened the tax organizer my only option to click was “2010 submitted”. Where is 2011???
