How much does your service cost?

We offer our website service at three subscription levels:

  • Silver - $49.50/month - Do It Yourself Plan
  • Gold - $69.50/month - Dedicated Webmaster Plan
  • Platinum - $99.50/month - Search Engine Marketing Plan

What are the upfront fees?

There are no upfront fees. We spend hours building and customizing your website at no cost to you. We setup secure email accounts for everyone in your firm, again at our expense.

Share your new website and online tools with your staff, friends, and clients. Get their reaction and if after 2 full months, you aren't absolutely thrilled with your site, you owe us nothing.

Are there any hidden fees?

No - all our fees are listed on our pricing page.

Less than 2% of our clients opt for one or more add-on tools. For example, a client might want a videographer to make a high-quality online video that we then post on their site. Or they might want in-depth optimization of their site for the search engines.

Which plan - Silver, Gold, or Platinum - is right for me?

How much of "my time" is required to get my website up?

Initially it takes just 10 minutes of your time. One of our webmasters calls and asks you a few questions - you'll be on the phone for just 10 minutes - and from that they build your site and get it operational.

Once the site is set up, you can spend additional time, if you want, customizing it to your personal preferences. But you're not required to.

How long does it take to get my website live on the Internet?

One of our webmasters becomes your dedicated webmaster. They will ask you a few questions then start building your website. The entire process often takes less than 2 days.

After your website is setup and live you can easily call or email your dedicated webmaster to make changes for you. (or you can easily do them yourself, if you'd like.)

What happens when my free 60 days are over?

If you like your new website, the personal attention your dedicated webmaster provides, and the online firm efficiency tools, then simply continue on a month-to-month basis.

Do I have to sign a contract? What if I want to cancel?

There are NO contracts with CPA Site Solutions. We bill monthly and you can stop at any time with no obligation.

Do you have a money-back guarantee?

No, we don't, but you get to try us out with a free 60-day evaluation. If you're not satisfied, cancel at the end of your trial period (or at any time).

Will my website look like everybody else's?

That actually depends on the design you choose. One reason we have 300 Ready-To-Go designs is to minimize the likelihood that yours will look like another firm's.

If you want to know what designs are being used by accountants in your region - who are really your only competition - just give us a call. We can easily tell you which designs are unused.

Many clients ask us to personalize their site - which we're happy to do. If you choose this option - changing images, welcome text, and so on - then your site will be unique to your firm.

It's easier to remove and edit content than it is to create it from scratch. With 3,000 printed pages of content on our sites, we give you a great starting point. Add, delete, and customize the text as you like. (Don't worry - we help you do it.)

Do I need to purchase website design or anything else?

With CPA Site Solutions, you do NOT pay for your website design. (Which means - hooray! - you never have to pay for a website designer again.) Simply choose one of our 300 Ready-To-Go Designs and we install it for you without charge.

You can change your design as often as you like at no extra cost - so it's a cinch to keep your website's look current and up-to-date.

The only thing you need to purchase is a domain name, if you don't already have one. The price is less than $15/year. (A domain name is the website address people type in to get to your site - for example, www.cpasitesolutions.com.)

Why do it this way? Because it's in your best interest to own your domain outright. That way, if you ever decide to leave us, you keep your email accounts and move to another provider with minimal disruption.

If you don't have a domain name yet, your Dedicated Webmaster makes it easy, taking care of the whole process for you.

Can I change the colors and imagery of the website design?

Yes, you can. But you need to have a very good understanding of HTML and CSS.

The better solution is to have us do it for you. We do a lot of custom design for an extremely low rate of $195. That's one-fifth the cost you find anywhere else.

Do you offer a discount for paying annually?

No, we don't. Our prices are as low as we can price them - we didn't build any discounts in.

We invite you to compare us with other firms. We're confident you'll find that with the amount of service you get, our websites are very reasonably priced.

By the way, you are certainly welcome to pay annually. We just don't provide a discount.

Can I pay by check?

Yes, you can pay by check if you pay annually or quarterly.

Will my site list high in the search engines?

All our designs are optimized for the search engines - Google, Yahoo, and Bing - right out of the box.

If you're in an lightly populated area, the "installed" search engine optimization (SEO) might be enough to list you high. But if you're in a competitive market, you probably need to make an additional effort to get listed higher.
