Great question Ammar! I like how you're utilizing the Polls feature to quiz the students. My suggestion would be to institute a "Quick Quiz Tuesday" or a "Test Tuesday" so students will know when to expect (and hopefully look forward to!) these quizzes. Facebook also allows you to integrate your YouTube account into a YouTube tab. If you have an existing account, that might be a nice, interactive feature to include. We used Involver's free application to add ours. Just click Install on Involver's site and it will walk you through the steps to get it set up!

We’re experiencing a significant delay between the time someone uploads a file and the time we and that person get an email confirmation. One time it took over an hour. Most recently it’s taken a half-hour and counting. Is this normal?

I think that a lot of these points are very relevant. Having a blog not only helps generate links but also generates trust from those visiting your site. I am not sure however how much social media will have much of an impact on an online accountants as people don’t necessarily look for financial advice using a source that is so public.
