Hi Rob,

The reason the QuickSend page isn’t available in your Add Page section is because you’re on our oldest server so that feature isn’t available. But what we can do is migrate your site over to our new server, and then you’d have that page (as well as some additional features) available to you. There’s no charge for migrating the site. We’d basically be making a copy of your site and moving it to our new server. Your current site would remain active and functioning but you wouldn’t be able to make changes to it until we switched it over to the migrated version.

Let me know if you want to do this, and if you have additional questions. It takes about a day to migrate the site, and then once you give us the go-ahead we can make the change so that it becomes your live site instead of your current one.

It doesn’t cost you a thing to add this new feature.

If you’re considering an upgrade to Gold, billing for the Gold price begins on the 1st of the following month. (There is no 60-day trial period for an upgrade to Gold. The trial period is solely for new clients.)

This is a very good advice for multiple reasons.
- accounting is either for you or for your company, it is therefore very much a “personal” service that people identify with. It is therefore important to appear to provide a “personal” service through your website.

- the picture used on the website can also be used on social websites (like Twitter) and for your avatar when you leave blog comments (through the gravatar website). This will help give consistency to your online marketing efforts.

- people do business with people, networking (both online and offline) is easier if you can associate a face with a name / brand.
