The genesis of CPA Site Solutions came about in 1998 as Brian O’Connell strived for constant improvement of his current business practices and observed that an opportunity existed to provide web design services to CPAs and accounting firms. Since the founding of  CPA Site Solutions in 1999, the organization has been defined by a continual drive to improve and refine the services we provide our customers.

This process of constant refinement and improvement results both from keeping up with rapidly changing new technologies and also from our constant interaction with clients and listening to their needs. While we have recently expanded our social networking via Facebook and Twitter, we also know that these new and much hyped technologies cannot supplant ‘old fashioned’ email and phone contact with our customers.

At CPA Site Solutions, our experienced web designers function as account managers and interact with customers on a daily basis. While on the phone each of us takes the time to listen to our clients and keep track of improvements or problems.
