The S Corporations seminar is an intermediate level course which means attendees should have at least 2-4 years of tax preparation experience.  The course objective is that, “Upon the completion of this course, the student should be able to knowledgeably prepare tax returns for S Corporations.”  Successful completion of the course will result in 4 credit hours of CPE.
