Instead of half-hearted, pseudo help... "Either each one of the webmasters is an absolute genius in their entire field or I've gotten extremely fortunate in getting the right person for each issue I call about.

Most recently, Norm Miller was to the rescue. My questions this morning centered for the most part around SEO and the like. Instead of half-hearted, pseudo help that I'd expect from someone just arriving to work before his third cup of coffee, Norm came out of the gates with such great advice and coaching that I feel, once again compelled to send my heart-felt thanks.
