Webmaster Coach – I could give up chocolate, but I’m not a quitter

I’m a Vermont native, who just returned from a brief stint in Nashua, New Hampshire. I was raised in Barre, now live in Orange, and spent my college years in Lyndonville, attending Lyndon State College. I went in studying Meteorology, was bored by it (sorry Garrett!), went undecided, then earned a Bachelors degree in Pure Mathematics… I’m sure you’re asking ‘what the heck do you do with a degree in Pure Mathematics?’ Well, I could have gone into teaching, accounting, appraisals, banking, engineering, physics, actuarial careers and so on, but none of them sparked my interest. It wasn’t until I landed a job in NH as a Marketing Communications Manager/Social Media Manager that I found my niche: social media marketing, Internet marketing and web design!

I’m the proud Aunt of two nephews (nine and two) and a niece (five). They’re my excuse to act like a kid, be a complete goof and to play all day long. Spending a day with them is a therapy session and a workout rolled into one!

In my free time, you’ll usually find me exercising outside, whether it’s rollerblading, biking, running, hiking, swimming, snowshoeing or sledding. The rest of the week, you’ll find me at the gym lifting weights. I love everything fitness and nutrition, I’ve been following the Primal Blueprint diet for about 3 months now, and I enjoy eating organic foods and striving for the healthiest version of myself I can achieve.

You may also catch me watching cheesy reality shows (guilty pleasure, don’t judge me….), enjoying a fancy iced coffee and wi-fi at a local cafe, shopping, singing karaoke, socializing whenever possible and playing board games with my family.

I have a big passion for animals of all kinds and I do my best to contribute to animal rights organizations, whether it’s through donations and volunteering, or through petition signing on sites like Care2. I’m a dog person through and through, and I can’t wait to have two Siberian Huskies and a huge back yard! (Ideally, a back yard big enough for ATV and snowmobile trails!)
