Kenny is married and lives and works from his home in Florida near the Georgia border. He was CPA Site Solutions’ oldest employee, literally and figuratively, when he left us in September of 2010 to become an independent consultant. He is still very much a part of our family. His primary focus now is on Search Engine Optimization and Marketing, but he also contributes as a writer and manages our new events blog.
Kenny is a self described Urban Refugee. Born in New York City and Educated in New York and New Jersey, he moved to Vermont about 20 years ago and never looked back… except to catch an occasional Jets game. He had very little formal training in computers. Instead he grew up with them, learning about the technology as it evolved. An avid gamer, he can still often be found on Friday nights modding popular video games, pouring over old DOS applications, or trying to master the intricacies of obscure, basically useless scripting languages like HamScript or NWNScript.
He has been in marketing for 15 years, half of that time specializing exclusively in accounting firms.
“I love working with accountants. They’re smart, funny, and most importantly they’re adaptable. They’re great learners. They have to be. Their field is as fast paced and dynamic as ours. They not only have to be able to keep up with changing tax laws, they also need to keep pace with rapid changing technologies. This job never gets tired.”
His lifetime ambition until a few years ago was to master 3DSMax sufficiently to render a perfect Lara Croft, but since marrying his wife Cheryl his priorities have changed. What matters most to him now is God, Family, and Seminoles football.
